The pressure vessels and reactors are designed and manufactured according to different procedures.This is on account of the regulations and the safety and quality assurance.
Depending on the application and design code, we apply:
- Wall thickness and strength calculations
- Process calculations (such as heat transfer / agitated process / etc.)
- Risk analysis
- Test and Inspection Plan (TIP)
- Material certificates
- Pressure test/compression test
- NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection / for example, radiography)
- Certified welders, weld procedure specification (WPS)
- As-built drawings
- Evaluation by Notified Body (Lloyd’s, AIB, SGS etc.)
- Inspection and end use by Notified Body
- Inspection and delivery certificates.
- Complete tank file
