Ribbon mixers 

A trough-type mixer equipped with a central horizontal shaft with an outer and inner ribbon.
Thanks to the low construction form, the mixer can be easily accessed. Available in different capacity measurements with various options: We can also send you a short film of a ribbon mixer in operation by post.

Melting containers

De Gouwe manufactures melting containers for melting blocks efficiently.
Thanks to the special melting grid, manufactured on an automatic TIG/plasma welding lathe, the product to be melted is continuously changed. This way, the temperature of the grid 
can be increased without damaging the delicate products. The melting grids/containers are available with a smelting capacity of approximately 100 to 6,000 kg per hour.

Turbo mixers

Thanks to the rotor/stator principle, the turbo mixer is suitable for the quick dissolution of powders into a liquid.
The mixer is specifically used in the waffle industry and for cosmetics, but it is also suitable for other applications. Available in various models and capacities. A test mixer is available in Gouda.
